Hello!
My name is Blair Clark and I am the owner of a very new All Stars Gym located in Baltimore, Md. the Charm City All Stars. I came across your company via the internet and requested a catalog for my quest to find the perfect uniform for this brand new team. I started working with an employee of yours, her name is Christina Garcia. I just want to say how helpful and AWESOME she was and I am sure she will continue to be as we anticipate a large rise in registration next year.
At first, I had this one style uniform picked out. We had the color schemes, the design and everything. Then the price tag came in and we completely changed it up to a whole different style uniform. After a month or so of going back and forth with final touches and the center chest logo, we had sealed the deal and ordered 12 custom uniforms for this new team. Christina was always available for any questions I had and responded to all emails or phone calls in a timely manner. It is too rare these days that you see companies lose their Customer Service tactic and forget to maintain that level of satisfaction. I have dealt with many vendors for various items over the years and Christina has truly stood out among the rest.
